Prerequisite: Wifi is enabled

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070209
2) Open the Browser App
3) Go to a website ex: www.cnn.com
4) Tap the Star icon and select "Add to home screen"

Actual:
The "Add to homescreen" title is truncated

Expected:
Titles not truncated

"Add to Home screen" is no longer truncated, appears to be retranslated to fit properly.
