dale can you add some detail here or give an idea of the severity/importance of this bug?

This is pretty much a cleanliness thing, we dont know (I havent looked) at why it happens and it doesnt seem to cause any problems, however it possibly indicates a problem, and it gets picked up every time someone looks into a bug in the browser (so fairly low priority, but should be a fairly quick maintenance task)
