Details

Currently the Bunker mailing list is actually just a Zimbra distribution list. A proper Mailman mailing list should be set up.
The Mailman ML has been set up (yay). I will send out a final update to the old DL, including a notice that a proper ML is in place, and then close the old DL for good.
