Tests added when implementing the various Marketplace Collections bugs are not using fixtures, and it was probably easier that way while we were still tweaking the model(s). When we are done adding fields on the models we should revisit this and try to create the relevant fixtures to make tests go faster. 

(The dependencies for this bug are bugs that we need to do first, precisely because they include new fields on the model(s))

We removed rocketfuel collections. We could still do this for feed, though, but if we want that (not sure) we'll open a new bug.
