Bug 717779 is over two years old with no prospect of being fixed any time soon. Let's just stop offering preliminary reviewed add-ons in API results in the mean time, since this is a fairly serious issue.

To test on dev, the host in the extensions.getAddons.search.url preference needs to be changed to 'addons-dev.allizom.org' Then search for Simulator in the add-on manager. Without this patch, FireMobileSimulator should appear, with it it should not.
