Our ssl cert errors are pretty bad. We provide very little information and the technical details can be improved. I've attached a screenshot of what we present and what chrome presents. The chrome information is much more detailed and informative. Also add a link in the technical details section that points to an mdn page that goes into more detail about cert errors, how they work and what they are used for. This will be a valuable tool for educating web developers.
Note that we aren't modifying the steps required to bypass the security warning, since studies have shown that we are more effective than others in that area. Here is link to the study: http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~devdatta/papers/alice-in-warningland.pdf

The PDF of the "Alice in Warningland" study is gone; rehosting on my own server for archaeological purposes

Since there's a learn more link now that points to the relevant SUMO page I think I can close this.
