In my Bugzilla user prefs I have all the checkboxes checked on the "but not when: The change was made by me" line. Still, I'm getting bugmail when I clear needinfo requests by resetting the flag (and, iirc, also for other types of requests like review): Mats Palmgren (:mats) <matspal@gmail.com> has canceled Mats Palmgren (:mats) <matspal@gmail.com>'s request for needinfo: ...
unfortunately the email for flags are completely separate from all other emails generated by bugzilla, so they don't honour the email preferences :(
