Prerequisites:
Unagi device with MP stage installed- English language- 2G network -Seahorse location

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to MP stage and try to purchase any paid app
2.When PIN is required, enter an wrong PIN 5 times
3.When the 5 mins pin lockout screen is displayed

Expected results:
The user is unable to Sign back in for 5 minutes after the error message is being displayed.

Actual results:
The user is able to continue or restablish PIN, but after get out of application and get in again, it not possible perform any purchase, because the message "payment canceled" is diplayed
After more them 5 minutes the behavior is the same, when pressed icon to purchase "payment canceled" is diplayed.
Trying sign out and sign in with other valid email again, the user when attempt to buy before open the pin box always receive the following message
Error InvalidJWT:Signature verification failed: signature verification failed (iss=u'marketpalce.allizom.org')
The behavior continue the same even setting language to Spanish or changing connection to wi-fi
NOTES:
After 5 minutes the old PIN is still recognized and user can buy without creating a new PIN for

No, I can perform the test without any issue.
I inserted the PIN wrongly 5 times > I got the PIN locked for 5 minutes (Message is displayed in case try to log in in less than 5 minutes) > After 5 minutes I could reset the PIN and buy normally.
