Steps to reproduce:

 Enter into contact settings ,first import all the contacts from facebook,and then pick small part of the contacts that has just imported to import again, 


Actual results:

the contacts which imported in first time but not in second time will lose.


Expected results:

the contacts which imported in first time but not in second time will not lose.

I cannot reproduce this bug on latest commercial build and Mozilla build.
Marked it as "WORKFORME".

If you still can reproduce it, please reopen it.
