 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:Sms can't save message draft.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1. Create a new message in SMS.
  2. Exit that message you will have to discard your message. SMS has not a message draft box function.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Sms should have a draft box and message draft can be saved there.

  USER IMPACT: If user has input a lot of info in a message, but they have to look up other info in the phone. Then they have to input that info again without a message draft function.
