As I mentioned in yesterday's mobile test meeting, we have panda reftests running on Cedar and Try, but they very frequently fail due to "application ran for longer than allowed maximum time" timeouts. Splitting into five chunks should fix this problem and help get the reftests green. This could be done for pandas only, or for all android.

By the way, preliminary results suggest that we will need to run reftests in 10 chunks on Android x86 emulators -- similar to B2G Emu opt.
