Added /(pl/ru/fr)/firefox/new/ to webmaster tools and set their geo target.

The top 10 locales on the website are: en-US es-ES de fr ru pt-BR pl ar vi tr I've created webmaster sites for: en-US (not targeted) pt-BR (Brazil) de (Germany) id (Indonesia) pl (Poland) ru (Russia) fr (France) That leaves: ar (Arabic) vi (Vietnam) tr (Turkey) I recommend adding sites for: vi (Vietnam) tr (Turkey) ar is split among many countries according to the stats, but vi and tr are pretty central to their country. I just added vi and tr. Is the top-10 plus ID is good for now? That is about 88% of all traffic to the website.

Is 88% coverage good for this bug? I'm fine with it and not adding every single locale. We will get a more complete coverage from the sitemap.xml bug.
