Using the test page at:

I'm seeing errors drawing with skia-gl enabled. The lines are being destroyed slightly behind my cursor. This is on a bit of a strange phone. A Galaxy Note with Android 2.3 on it (upgrading requires a SIM or a Windows machine, neither of which I have right now).
