Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open history window (CTRL-H). 
2. Click on column-list-selector (button on right-hand side of column names that
let's you select which columns you want displayed).


Actual Results:  An empty context menu is displayed, and all subsequent
right-clicks produce empty context menus as well.

Expected Results:  No context menu should be displayed for any right-clicks
(until proper context menus are added, of course :)).
