Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Reviewer Tools in ES locale https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/?lang=es
Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
Apps/Themes selector and Settings menu are not aligned properly.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF26 (Win 7).
