90605 - Forwarded mail is always in text

Forwarded mail is always sent in text, never in HTML.  The "ask me" button in
Mail Preferences is set for "always," but I'm never asked.

The forwarded or new mail is either plaintext or html by default depending on
the preference that you set in Edit->MailNews Account Settings in the main pane.

The send format when set to "always ask" doesnt mean it always will throw up the
dialog. It does that only if it cannot determine the format by either using
domains or by existing email addresses and their preferred format. If you want
to test whether it always asks you - bring up a compose window with html format
(in case you have set it to plaintext default - clicking on shift and new
message will bring up the opposite i.e. html) and then compose a message in html
and send it to some [e-mail] and you will see that the dialog comes up.
