Can't cancel drag, or put bug back in initial column when that bug is the last bug in the initial column.

Details

When a column gets down to one bug remaining and that bug is then picked up and dragged out of the column, there is no way to put the bug back in that column. Additionally when dragging on the board but outside of the columns it might be best to make this a cancel drop zone, where any drops in this area will just cancel the drag and not put the card/bug in any new columns
