I tried to compile for 5-6 times with all options disabled and all options enabled, But it has no any change.
I'm not sure we support BSD yet. See bug 893397 also.

Summary: Error In Compile → Compile error in nsWifiScannerFreeBSD.cpp
That error is due to --enable-debug in your .mozconfig with the old version of bug 893397 patch in the ports tree. It was fixed when www/firefox was updated to 24.0.
