I see multiple issues with zooming, some minor and some more major. Could you describe more specifically what it is you're doing on what site, and exactly what you see?

A video would be very helpful in this case, but a detailed description would be good too.

zoom out.   The address bar will get out of the screen, which feels like a jump.

Duping this to the dynamic toolbar work bug, which should fix/mitigate this issue.
