Loading this page causes the "Transferring data message to blink infinitely,
continually loading something. 
Loading cannot be stopped with the stop button. (pressing esc works)
After some time the page is
displayed with two scrollbars.

Steps to Reproduce:

I'm not seeing the problem that the page does not stop loading.

The problem with the scroll bars is bug 47960.
