Details

While visiting a website which embedded a youtube video, I got a missing plugin notification.
A long as I did not close the missing plugging notification, I was unable to scroll the web page to read the rest of the article.

Important Note:
 - I do not have Flash installed.
 - This is my own builds of mozilla-central … I can come-up with a changeset if nobody can reproduce it.
I believe this affects all panels and is filed as bug 849544.
