Details

UI should not allow marking custom field both as obsolete and mandatory. It doesnot make any sense.
It makes perfect sense. If you have a mandatory custom field which you no longer need, you simply need to mark it as obsolete. It doesn't hurt that it has the mandatory bit set (as long as this doesn't prevent a bug from being filed).
