[email] Include large warning comments at the top of all files under js/ext/ that uses BIG CAPITALS to indicate the files' origins

Details
Although apps/email/README.md explains that people should not be poking at the insides of files under js/ext/, it's clear that this is not enough.
I propose we add comments like so to our files in apps/email/js/ext:
