Steps to reproduce:

1.open browser to enter a website,the website's background color is not white
2.changing to another orientation


Actual results:

in step 2,i can observe a very short time blink:the background color from white to the website's background color


Expected results:

i think this should not happen,the graphic display of browser should be optimized to get rid of such problem
