Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 ID:20130818004007 CSet: b4b0dd527993
With a large amount of stored passwords in the password manager, Firefox will freeze for a couple of seconds when a selection is getting deleted inside the manager with the 'Remove' button.
Step:
1. Build up a long list of stored passwords
2. Open the password manager
3. Select all passwords in the listbox
4. Click the 'Remove' button
Firefox will freeze for a couple of seconds. Here you can find the profile with the Gecko profiler add-on. Sadly it does not work with all recent versions of Firefox so I had to use version 17ESR.

The issue can still be reproduced with a recent Nightly build.

Avoid using ESR + AMO extension. Instead use these instructions next time:

Well, I installed the add-on from https://github.com/bgirard/Gecko-Profiler-Addon/raw/master/geckoprofiler.xpi but it does not work for me with any version of Firefox except 17 ESR.
We might clarify it on IRC if there is something I could help with to get this fixed.

Forward duping since there's already a diagnosis in bug 1239657
