This had not been the first time I missed a notification. The last time it has happen for bug 906448 being moved from Firefox/Untriaged to Core/Networking: Cache on Mon, Aug 19, 2013 at 7:34 AM (I think east Coast time). I'm watching Core/Networking *. Maybe this could just be my free mail exchange server being out for a time. Can we figure this out?

your email preferences (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email) has "but not when the bug is in the UNCONFIRMED state" checked for the "component" column, so bugzilla won't email you about unconfirmed bugs in components that you follow. clear that checkbox if you want to receive email for unconfirmed bugs such as bug 906448.
