from #902198, we should change the order the tools appear to coincide with user expectations that the tools go from easiest to hardest – so:
X-Ray Goggles first, then Thimble, then Popcorn Maker (popcorn as last because xray and thimble are more related).
This will match the /tools and /get-involved pages.
