Description:
When 2 devises successfully pared user is unable to send / receive file via Bluetooth transfer. 

Prereq:  Have two devises pared via Bluetooth.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130819041202
2) Tap on a gallery 
3) Tap on a picture user want to share
4) Tap on share button on a bottom and from slider menu select Bluetooth Transfer.
5) Make sure the devise name is highlighted in blue and press "OK" button on a bottom.

Actual:
User is getting an Error message "Bluetooth file transfer failed. Check that the Bluetooth settings are correct"

Expected:
User is able to share files via Bluetooth

Sometimes it works very first time after you pair devises but if user trying to send second, 3rd... time file transfer fails.

Can you please clarify which two devices you are using to test? Is to Leo to Leo?

I spent a bit of time testing this using pictures I already had on the phone in Gallery.

I was able to reproduce it once going from Leo -> Unagi, but when I flashed the Leo phone back to an earlier build, and then flashed it back to today's Leo commercial RIL build I have not been able to reproduce it going from Leo -> Leo. Each time I select a photo from the gallery it transfer the image fine.

So it appears this might be an intermittent issue, but I will need more information from Nick about which devices and files he was testing with.

Tested on 3 leo devises with today's Leo Build ID: 20130819041202 
When Paired to first device, I was able to send one pic. file to other leo and afterwards was getting error message "Bluetooth file transfer failed... on both devices, Paired to second leo device was not able to send or receive files via Bluetooth at all(same error). Decided to retest one more time to update this bug Leo to Leo file transfer start to work As well as leo to unagi and to Android device transfer works both directions. so it could be intermittent issue. Will do more testing on tomorrow build.

Unable to repro on Leo 1.1 commercial RIL.  Files are able to be sent and received over Bluetooth with no errors.

Issue no longer reproduce starting Aug 21 till now.  We only seen it on Aug. 19-20th builds on Leo 1.1 Com Ril  So it looks like resolved - works for me.
