Hi, 

In the clock app, when you hold down on the "add new alarm" icon, the icon is bigger and fuzzy. Please let me know if you need a new graphic for this fix.

Hey Eric,
we had this issue with the scrubber. We don't have support for background-image transitions and actually this behavior here is unwanted.
Do I need to remove the active state?

If we want to keep the active icon, my suggestion is as following.

I would like to say the icon of active state is not bigger enough while a user is tapping on it. So that we are able to see a little bit active state after the finger is not blocking our sight. If I don't pay attention, I might not see it.

Yes IMO i think we can remove the active state.  As Ian noted it's not noticeable when our finger is on it anyway. We can look into an active state in the future. Thanks!
