Attached image FF Silent.png
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130618035212

Steps to reproduce:

Create package in Microsoft SCCM
Run command "Firefox Setup 23.0.1.exe -ms"

Actual results:

Firefox Setup 23.0.1.exe runs with the System account
Memory draw is 1036K, doesn't fluctuate
Doesn't install or update firefox
Process ends when it reaches SCCM Maximum run time

Expected results:

Firefox Setup 23.0.1.exe runs with the System account
Does silent install or upgrade

This has worked for every version of firefox up until 23.0 and 23.1
When run with a 'user' account rather than the 'System' account the install works.
Running the advertisement manually does not work either.
Component: Untriaged → Installer
Closing out old bugs and this one doesn't reproduce for me. Please re-file if this is still a problem.
