Details

background colouring of security bugs looks weird with the mozilla skin, only parts of the bug's background are coloured, and there's no padding between the text and the div. i suspect things will look better if we just coloured the outside border instead (and it wouldn't hurt to pick more complimentary colours).
I'm bulk-closing the remaining Sandstone skin bugs. Sandstone is no longer Mozilla's default style, and I'll be creating a new style guide for Bugzilla soon in Bug 1377977.
