In a nutshell: Expand the notion of a plain wiki page to include the ability to define the root of a content zone for all topic children below it. Any wiki page should have the ability to identify its immediate content zone root, looking up through the parent path. (eg. Web/Apps/Introduction_to_open_web_apps could consider Web/Apps as the root for the zone - or Web, if Web/Apps itself is not a content zone root page) Using this look-up mechanism, topic pages can inherit certain elements from the content zone root - eg. common side nav links (bug 862080), custom styles (bug 907238)
