We need a device to convert the output of a Logitech C920 to HDMI.

Possible solutions include a build for the oDroid U2 or The Rikomagic MK802 IIIs.

Output video format should be 720p with 30, 50 and 60 Hz frame rates settable via SSH command line.

I've got HDMI output from the Odroid U2 half way figured out now, essentially it works but its not performant enough for HD video, typical of ARM hardware it has a capable GPU but in order to make use of it you have to use a half baked bloated SD image from the manufacture, so I'm going to fully investigate whats the current scene there and with reversed drivers as well. The good news is it runs the full KR like a champ so you can get alot more functionality than a converter out of it once output is sorted. Investigating all options here.
