Details

We display time in the project and in different language/country they use it different way. We have to come up with a solution similar to http://momentjs.com/ where they have the time localized.
Most of the times stuff we have are timecodes which to my knowledge don't need localization. I think a lot of the cases where you think we need this is stuff like the details bar which is not Popcorn Maker but a Webmaker.org change. Reopen if I'm wrong!
