If you try to scroll within an iframe (and possibly just overflow) with touch, or with the scroll-wheel while the cursor is over an iframe, nothing happens. This is pretty awkward for things like RSS readers.
I think this is a duplicate of bug 775739.

Note: Mouse wheel scrolling in iframes is working for me, for example on:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_iframe.asp

Please file a new bug specifically for mouse wheel scrolling in frames if there are cases where it's broken.
