I viewed it like a month or so ago, and had access. Tried logging in via persona and I'd select my mozilla email, then it would forward me to the ldap login, woud login there and it forwarded me back to the email select screen. Over and over. Please give me access again.
Wrong component. This is for a public replacement for those metrics dashboards. Still working on getting equivalent functionality, but maybe its far enough along for you to get what you need: http://telemetry-dash.mozilla.org/
