Steps to reproduce:
1、click into the settings，set to language from english to Espanol.
2、look for the items of setting
Actual results:
2、part of the items are still english until the handset reboot
Expected results:
2、all the items change to Espanol normally

Not blocking on this as with other similar bugs - language is updated on reboot and its unlikely that users will be switching languages often.

Can you reproduce it on master? We refactored l10n.js in bug 914414 and landed it on master. It should help with this bug.

Resolving as incomplete. If you can still reproduce it on current FxOS builds, reopen with steps to reproduce pls.
