907672 - [HD][Settings] Locked Wifi Connection icon jumps

Pavel, when trying to connect to a locked network the wifi icon jumps on the first image (with just the dot being blue).  I looked at the sprite and it seemed ok on there, can it be the coding?  See the video for what I mean.  

Let me know if it's image issue and I can help fix the problem.  This is also appearing on the fte screen for wifi, should I open a separate bug since it's a different app?  Let me know, thanks!
