Hi,

I just done some local testing and I found out, that there is still the bug with
the images in an table. Everytime I reload the page, it is shown in another way.
sometimes all images are just missung, sometimes the margin is missing,
sometimes only one orw two images are missing ... terrible. It seems that this
is also session dependend. Sometimes I startup Mozilli everything is fine for a
long period of reloads. I found the same problem on
http://www.microsoft.com/germany/ too. (Do you know that I cann't connect to
this site with Mozilla and JavaScript disabled?

Here is my sample source. Maybe I can put you some test pages online if you
need. Plese don't hesitate to email me.

Source:

Dear Submitter, please:
Indicate which Mozilla build you're using when you submit a bug. I suggest
using the Bugzilla Helper:
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html

Submit a publicly accessible URL and/or testcase so that others can see the
problem and possibly start triage.

Also, I'm using Build 2001062815 on Windows 98, and the Microsoft.com/germany
site renders just fine for me.

I couldn't find a field to enter the expected build an version number. But it
was the official 0.9.2 release.

I will put some pages online on monday.

Cu, Gunnar
Hi!

I just uploaded the site to a public webserver and the problems didn't occur. I
don't know why, but it seems, that this only occurs on my localhost.

Could it be a synch/speed problem? The problem is that some images won't be
found by Mozilla 0.9.2. No problem with IE. I use Win2k Prof. and IIS 5.0
localy (for testing).

But there is another little problem with style-sheet and margin.
Look at the bottom image of this page. The Margin is not display all around
this image. Any ideas?

Arrg, now there is a position problem, too.

I reformated my page an tested something. There is the same porblem again and
only in Mozilla (still 0.9.2). No problems with NN 4.7, Opera 5.1 and IE 5.5

see:
http://www.planet-wagenknecht.de/planet-wagenknecht/test/table.html

I changed the URL because my Sites are online know.

The problem with Mozilla is ugly. Look at the shaddows.

Cu, Gunnar
I tested again with the latest Mozilla build 2001-07-25 (downloaded just 10
min. ago). The problem is still there. :(

I created some screen shots with Mozilla (not ok) and Opera 5.12 (ok). The site
also runs fine on IE 5.5.

(~75k)
http://www.planet-wagenknecht.de/planet-
wagenknecht/mozilla/table_opera512_ok.gif (~75k)

(It seems that the table height is not correct too.)

There is a problem within the table content too. It seems that css is not
rendered correctly (line-height?). Don't know. If you need some additional
files please don't hesitate to conact me.

Cu, Gunnar
If images are missing, this is possibly a dup of bug 91034.

Gunnar, could you please test a recent Mozilla build on Win98 instead of Win2000?
If the problem doesn't exist on Win98, we probably can close the bug as dup.
Thanks.
Sorry for my late answere. I was on vacation.

Well the problem is not really missing images. If you look carefully, you will
see that images are there but the table does not render correctly. I don't know
how to explain it.

Perhaps someone else can have a look at my page. Do you see the page correctly
or is it like in my samle images I attached to this bug?

Cu, Gunnar

The problem exists here too, with Mozilla 2001091408 on Linux. The testcase I
posted should demonstrate the actual problem quite clearly -- it works on Opera
5.0, but fails in Mozilla. (Might change from UNCONFIRMED to NEW?)
This is a duplicate of Bug 22274 and is actually correct behaviour. Read the
comments in that bug for more information.

I am not sure if this is a dupe of bug# 22274 but the problem which was
described when first reported cant be reproduced. The attached test case and the
given URL works fine. Marking verified Build ID: 2001010703
platform: WIN2K
