User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; aff-kingsoft-ciba; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; Zune 4.7; Tablet PC 2.0) Steps to reproduce: 1、set the volume to zero except in idl screen in A phone. 2、used B phone to call A Actual results: 1、incalling or incoming message, the ringtone is Ok, not mute. 2、set the volume to zero except in idl screen, there is no information to tell the user which type volume be changed Expected results: 1、incalling or incoming message, the ringtone is mute。 2、set the volume to zero except in idl screen,the phone will show the information which type volume be changed.

Hi Wayne : Please help us to push to merge this case into V1.1 HD. It blocked the Helix Device .If you can not resolve it , please get the authorization from carrier.

Hi, about this problem, We mean if change the volume, you must show which volume be changed. In now version, we don't kown which volume be changed. So can you add some word or other information to tell user which volume be changed. Thanks

No UX update will be made on v1.1 now. Currently if you're in lock screen or homescreen, and there is not media playing in the background, the volume control changes the notification channel. Otherwise it changes the content (media) channel
