Steps to reproduce:

Didn't test for other Flash Player based websites yet, but Firefox often totally freezes for me when;
-opening a video on YouTube.
-or loading an image in an online image editor, like PicMonkey.


Actual results:

Firefox totally freezes. Anything else runs perfectly meanwhile, even the Task Manager says that Mozilla Firefox is running, while it clearly is not responding. It may come back after a few minutes only to freeze again.


Expected results:

It should have just open that video and play it/open the image and allow me to edit it.

Can you give any specific URLs where this happens?
Are you using the latest Flash version? 
Does this also happen in safe mode? [1]
Did this also happen with previous Flash & Firefox versions or was it introduced recently?
Are you running very low on RAM?

It happens on many urls.  Yes I am using the latest flash version.  

Maria my prior comments that were reported under separate bug number and that was transferred to this bug to prevent duplicate weren't transferred here.  Are you able to move my comments and attachment here?  

I haven't tested it in safe mode yet but will try this today hopefully.  

It don't believe it happened with prior Flash or Firefox versions for me.  But can't be certain for sure about if it happened with prior Flash versions.  

It happens when my RAM is fine and when it is running low.  I mentioned that it crashed when I only had about 3-4 tabs open and my computer has 12 GB of RAM.  I even had just restarted my computer when the crash occurred at restarting computer and opening firefox with only the 3-4 tabs open.

It crashed just a moment ago also so that is why I am back to this thread.  I haven't been using Firefox much lately and haven't been home much in last few days to get back to anyone or to try to resolve issue.

I am running a Windows 7 computer with 64 bit capability
12GB of RAM
Plenty of hard drive space

Have you been able to check if it happens in Safe Mode yet?

If it still happens there, you could try to check if it was introduced in Firefox using [1] or if it was introduced with a certain Flash release using older Flash builds [2].
