User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130814063812 Steps to reproduce: - Go to www.pgatour.com - place pointer on Live Scoring - click on Shot Tracker Actual results: After the viewer is loaded, the page does momentarily (2 or 3 seconds) show the list of golfers but then goes blank, never to return. Expected results: The Shot Tracker page is displayed and a viewer program is automatically loaded as can be seen by the progress bar. The result should be a page is loaded listing all of the golfers and their progress on a particular hole. From there you should be able to click on a golfer name and a new page will appear showing a graphic of the current hole and the current ball positioning. This feature works perfectly under IE and worked equally well on Firefox for years until the last month or so. Firefox has auto updated at least once in that time. I have disabled all add-ons and reset Firefox in an attempt to fix. I can a screen shot video and stills if you can not duplicate.
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 Build ID:20130915030208 Same thing here but when I restart firefox with addons disabled all goes to normal. Might be AdBlock that's causing this. Go to Firefox -> Help -> Restart with addons disabled. and see if the problem persists. If not resolve invalid.
Is this still an Issue in Firefox 25 running without Addons/in Safemode? I fail to see the reference to "Shot Tracker" on that site.
