Steps to reproduce:
1. open the device A Wi-Fi app in setting, enable the Wi -Fi and the available networks show the ap list.
2. open the device B Wi-Fi hotspot.
3. now watch the device A wifi available networks ap list.
Actual results:
The device A wifi available networks ap list can not serch the device B hot spot in 10 seconds, infact it may be can not updata in 5 minutes.
Expected results:
The device A wifi available networks ap list can auto updataed in 10 seconds.
We can search the wifi hot spot quickly by click the button of Serch again in the wifi seetings menu. Is it can not support to refresh the ap list autoly?
yes, to an unkown wifi hotspot, why it can not support to refresh the ap list autoly untill by click the button of serch again?

Appears a wifi settings issue where AP list isn't being checked again.
We are seeing the same issue on build below.
We don't have a Helix to check, but I am pretty sure I have never seen the WiFi list every update within 10 seconds. I figured that is why there was a "Search Again" button.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
