This is a regression from Netscape 4.x and 3.x. Move your mouse over the Vichu text like image at the bottom of the page (or any other image that has ALT tags set) and you will find that Netscape shows the text in a little tooltip like window. However, if you do it in mozilla, nothing happens. It seems mozilla just ignores all alt tags. Sorry for the personal nature of the site, it was just one I had on the top of my mind. I do think this is important. Linux/2001071306 (and I think every other mozilla I have used).

According to spec, ALT attribute are to be used if the image is unavailable for display. The TITLE attribute is a better candidate for tooltip-age. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 25537 ***
