When viewing the site as a logged-in user, most content has a white background. But this is not true as a logged-out user. The white background is nice, and helps with legibility. We should share it with all visitors to the site.

https://github.com/mozilla/mozillians/blob/master/media/css/main.less#L118 is what causes this. We explicitly change the background to white when logged in, I'm guessing we're using the grey bg-sky image so that the logged-out view looks correct, but it really should just be that page and not every page. I'm sure Julia will know how to fix this most efficiently :)
