User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/29.0.1547.57 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Open http://www.google.com/chrome
Actual results:
Shows "Download Chrome" For Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/Fedora/openSUSE) and on click installs Chrome.
Expected results:
http://www.google.com/chrome must not let install Chrome on the device. It is not integrated in Firefox OS anyway.

As you said, there is no Chrome download for Firefox OS. Downloading Chrome will simply do nothing on the device (but consume disk space). I think that this is a minor issue that will affect a very small portion of the user population. As such, I'm resolving as won't fix. You are free to pursue a fix with Google. One potential starting point is support.google.com.
