Details

We don't have any way of indicating that the generated files depend on the python files used to generate them. The internal checking in ipdl.py also doesn't take python file modifications into account. Did we have some magic dependencies-on-python-modules patches in the pipeline somewhere?
I planned to address this in bug 907394. We have magic dependencies-on-python-modules patches in bug 904743.
