The letter yer (ъ, Ъ / U+042A, U+044A) is missed on the Russian keyboard.
I've attached screenshot of Android keyboard. The letter yer is first from right side in top row.
FWIW, it's missed in Android keyboard till 2.2.1/2.3 - https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=9422
No longer depends on: 907763
For reference, some variants of Russian keyboard for Android doesn't have letter yer. You can enter it by long tap on soft sign (ь, Ь / U+042C, U+044C).
It doesn't work in Firefox OS keyboard.
Nominating as blocker since Russian is a v1.1 shipping locale
