It's not possible to enter letter Yo (ё, Ё / U+0401, U+0451) on the Russian keyboard. Russian keyboard for Android doesn't have separate key for letter Yo. You can enter it by long tap on letter Ye (е, Е / U+0415, U+0435). It doesn't work on Firefox OS keyboard.
