In order for me to type into the URL bar after visiting a forecast via the ZIP
code feature I had to close the browser window an open a new one, then the URL
bar worked again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit Weather Channel
2.Type in ZIP code for forecast
3. After page loads, try to type in new URL in bar

Actual Results:  Could not type URL

Expected Results:  Typed my URL
